Ingredients

  2. Onions

The Cooking Process

Step 1: Prepering The Chicken

Start by washing the chicken meat with salt in a very clean cold or warm water, put the chichen meat in a portable cooking pot.

Step 2: Adding Ingredients

After setting up your washed chicken meat in the pot the next simple thing to do is to pour the ingredients on the meat on after the other;

  1. One large onion or two medium-sized onions
  2. Two sachets of curry
  3. Two sachets of Onga classic seasoning
  4. Approximately nine cubes of Star maggi without salt and six cubes of Star maggi with a pinch of salt for balance.

Step 3: Boiling the Meat

Pour a little amount of water into the pot then you put it on fire for the meat to boil for at least five (5) to seven (7) munites dependind on the heat.

Step 4: Draining 

Bring your pot of chicken pepper meat down from the fire after boiling for few munites then you find a way to sieve the hot water out of it then you go to the next steps.

Step 5: Frying the Chicken

Put a very clean and empty pot on the fire then you should immidiately pure one bottle of groundnut oil in the pot and let it fry for about thirthy (30) seconds then you put half of the full chicken meat in the pot and let it fry for about twenty (20) munites then you do the same for the remaining unfried parts of the full chicken too.

Step 6: Adding Flavors

This is the last step to make your african chicken pepper meat where you;

  1. set your clean and portable pot on fire.
  2. pour at least a quarter bottle of groundnut oil in the put.
  3. Put your grinded onions, red pepper, yellow pepper and ginger into the groundnut oil.
  4. let it fry for at least twenty (20) munites depending on the heat.
  5. Pour your sliced onions and the full chicken then you use your clean iron cooking spoon to staire carefully.
  6. leave it on fire for at least ten (10) seconds then your african chicken pepper soup is ready.
